Out-of-network care
Check first with your primary care physician before receiving any medical care. You must have a referral from your PCP before you get care from providers who are not part of our network, and we must authorize the care. If you receive medical care from providers who are not part of our network without an authorized referral from your PCP, you will be responsible for the cost of the service.
